1.- HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE IN THE CALLAGHAN ONLINE STORE?

To buy in our online store you have to register, go to " Register " and "Create account". Once you register, your data will be saved for future purchases. After selecting the product you want, press "Add to My Cart". After your selection, press "Next" to choose the payment method you want and then press "Next" again to see the details of your order. Once you verify that they are correct, press "Confirm order". You will receive an email with the summary of the order you have placed. If the payment is made by bank transfer or credit or debit card, you will receive an email confirming that the payment for your order has been processed. And one last email when the transport company has collected your order from our warehouse.

2.- CAN I MODIFY THE DATA OF MY PROFILE?

The data can be modified. You must go to " Login session ", enter your user profile and update your data.

3.- IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RECOVER IT?

Go to the " Login session " section, press "forgot your password" and enter the email, the security code and press "send". You will immediately receive an e-mail with your password.

4.- DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES AVAILABLE?

Callaghan does not do half sizes.

5.- IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS THE ONLINE STORE SERVICE AVAILABLE?

The online store is available in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden.

6.- IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES REFLECTED?

The prices are expressed in Euros. The prices shown are the retail prices with their respective taxes included.

7.- WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT?

  1. Wire transfer:
    Bank account holder: Calzados Retrak SL

    SWIFT: BBVAESMMXXX.
  2. Credit and debit card (Visa and Mastercard).
    This form of payment is immediate and completely secure. When you confirm the order you will be redirected to the "BBVA secure payment gateway".
  3. Cash on delivery. - only available for shipments to Spain.
    3% will be applied to the total order, with €2.42 being the minimum amount applicable.
  4. PayPal
    Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or with your debit or credit card.

8.- WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR SHIPMENTS?

After confirmation that the payment has been processed, the estimated shipping time is as follows:

  1. For shipments to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal: 1-3 working days with MRW or Correos Express and 7-10 working days with Correos.
  2. From 3-6 business days to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy and Sweden. The transport company UPS will be used for the delivery of these shipments.

Orders will be shipped during business hours and therefore to avoid delivery incidents, please indicate the address where the order can be delivered during these hours, as well as the contact telephone number. Callaghan does not ship to PO Boxes.

If for reasons of force majeure the order cannot be delivered, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded. Callaghan's online store is not responsible for non-compliance in the event of stock depletion, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transport or communications, floods or fire. In times of sales or promotions the delivery time may be affected.

9.- WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING COSTS?

The total shipping costs are indicated below:

  1. Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands: €3 - €3.70 - €1, depending on the service chosen.
    If the purchase is over €40, shipping will be free.
  2. Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden: €10.
    If the purchase is greater than €140, the shipment will be free.

10.- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS?

To check the status of your order, go to " My orders " within your user account.

11.- CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If upon receiving your order you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery of the order to make a return or exchange. Currently, returns or exchanges of items purchased in Callaghan's online store will be managed by phone by calling 0034-941 380297 or by email: tiendaonline@callaghan.es . To make a return or an exchange, the product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received.

Changes:

  1. The first change of size or model in orders sent to Peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands is free.
  2. For changes to orders sent to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Sweden, the customer will bear the shipping costs. Once the item is received we will contact the customer to manage the change.

Returns:

To make a return, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. Callaghan's Online Store will not accept returns postage due. Once the merchandise is received, we will proceed to make the payment. Along with the shipment you must include the Return Form: Form
