Shipping policy
The shipping costs bought through the online store will be in charge of the client. Its amount is as follows:
- Peninsular and Balearic Islands: € 3.95 - € 4.50, depending on the chosen service. If the purchase is greater than € 40, the shipment will be free.
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Sweden: € 12. If the purchase is greater than € 140, the shipment will be free.
After the confirmation that the payment has been processed, the estimated time of sending is as follows:
For shipments to Peninsular, Balearic Islands and Portugal: 2-4 working days with GLS or Express Correos and 7-10 working days with mails.
Of 4-7 working days for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Ireland and Sweden. The UPS transport company will be used for delivery of these shipments.
Orders will be sent during working hours. Therefore, to avoid incidents in the delivery, the client must indicate the address in which the order can be delivered during this time, as well as a contact phone.
Retrak footwear does not ship in postcards or citypaqs.
If for force majeure the order cannot be delivered, the total amount of the purchase will be returned.
The Retrak footwear online store is not responsible for delays in force majeure, such as the interruption of the activity or total or partial strike of postal and means of transport or communications, floods or fire services.
