Refund policy
If for any reason the client is not satisfied with the acquired article, he may return it within 30 business days, counting from the date of delivery.
It will be the law of the place where the article has been delivered that determines the days to be considered skilled.
In order to exercise the right of return or change, it is essential that the articles have not been used and that their labels retain. The product must be returned in the same state in which it was sent and whenever possible, in its original wrapping, being able to be replaced by one of similar size.

Changes:
- The first change of size or model in orders sent to Peninsular or Balearic Islands is free.
- For changes in orders sent to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Holland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland and Sweden the client will run with shipping costs. Once the article is received, we will contact the client to manage the change.
Returns:
Once the shoes are received, Retrak will reimburse the total amount by bank transfer to the current account number that the customer indicates in the return form or, where appropriate, to the credit card number that he would have used to make the purchase.
The client will take care of the shipping costs of the return. Returns due to due portages will not be accepted.
